How To Evangelize

A simple framework for moving from conscience and God's Law to the Gospel, repentance, and faith.

Conversation Framework

Ask whether the person considers themselves good, then move from opinion to the standard of God's Law.

Walk through the Ten Commandments to show that all people have broken God's standard.

Ask whether they would be innocent or guilty if God judged them by His Law.

Ask what happens after death, then explain Heaven, Hell, and accountability before God.

Tell the good news that Jesus died and rose again, bearing the penalty for sin.

Explain the call to confess sin and turn from it through the new life God gives.

Call the person to put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ for salvation.
